Your absolutely right here. If I can’t sell my property I am just going to tart it up.
I do think that putting money into renovations just to sell is a bit of a waste of time though.

I think you get more for your money by just painting over the cracks and selling it on.

Yea, I agree. It’s time to make the most of what you have at the moment. A bathroom/kitchen renovation or loft conversion could allow you to make the most of your house and add value when you do decide to sell when the market improves.
